A fire near the Probicasa factory on the Mula Road on the outskirts of Calasparra today, Monday, was rapidly extinguished thanks to the rapid response of fire fighers and the collaboration of residents.
Early this afternoon a fire was reported to emergency services in the area of Probicasa resulted in a quick response by fire fighters and a helicopter crew, thanks to which the fire was put out in minutes and prevented from spreading to other areas.
The local authorities remind residents that it is important to take extreme precautions during this time of year to prevent this type of incident. Fortunately, no personal or significant material damage resulted from the fire.
The Emergency Services appeal to anyone who notices smoke or fire to contact 112 immediatly to ensure a rapid response.
