Grants of between 22,500 and 70,000 euros to help young farmers, between the age of 18 and 40 years, to invest in the future of agricultural land are available from the Department of Water, Agriculture and the Environment.
The funds are aimed to help young farmers to modernize, dig up and replant etc.
The grants are also available for stockbreeders and bee keepers.
Anyone interested has two months from yesterday, Monday, to apply.
