One of Calasparra´s most emblematic bar restaurant´s prize winning chef offers two exquisite entries in the Ruta del Tapas which you can enjoy over the weekends during November.
Esperanza at the Restaurant Centro offers a duck a la orange with pate mounted on toast and a criddled cuttefish mounted on mushroom cream in a light pastry shell.
You can pick up your passport to vote for your favourite tapa in any of the participating bars. A tapa and a small beer (caña) costs 2€.
