New measures introduced in the Murcia region to stave off the fourth wave of the Covid-19 include the prohibition of entertaining guests in your home but relax slightly the numbers allowed at a table in a bar or restaurant.
The measures, which come into effect from this Wednesday, March 17, are aimed to prevent family reunions and parties to mark Father´s Day, the weekend fiesta of St Jose and during Easter week, where it is considered contagions are probable.
However, the number of people allowed at a table in bars and restaurant, both inside and outside, has been increased to four, if they are from different households.
Customers may not eat or drink at the bar.
Capacity in private vehicles 50% (or 3 people in a 5 seater car)
Masks obligatory if not all passengers from same household.
The regional perimeter remains closed.
The curfew in the Murcia region is from 10pm to 6am.
Calasparra remains Covid-19 free with no new contagions and no active cases.
