The Mayor of Calasparra, José Vélez, has announced the closure of the year long employment workshop in Calasparra, organised by SEF and the Town Hall.
Some 18 unemployed people from the local area have taken part in work and training in gardening and general maintenance of public areas, the conservation of roads and paths and replanting forests.
The Mayor stressed the work carried out at the archeological site, Villa Vieja.
