Word soon spread around Friday’s Calasparra market that the ecological vegetable stall was back and that the prices were lower than ever.
The stall opened later than intended due to logistical problems on the morning of the market and there was already a queue forming as Salvador began to set up.
By midday the stall was sold out thanks to our regular customers and many new ones too!!
Salvador has decreed that no stall on the market will sell vegetables cheaper than his stall and, of course, the taste and quality is assured as all vegetables are organically grown and freshly picked on the day of the market.
The ecological vegetable stall remains the only commercial outlet in Calasparra which sells certified organic produce.
