Local police and Guardia Civil discovered an indoor “greenhouse” in two adjoining properties in Calasparra use for the intensive production of marihuana.
Apart from 200 marihuana plants officers, who had a search warrant issued by a judge, found a large quantity of cocaine, a large firearm, two electric pistols, a large quantity of cash and various computers.
As a result of the operation “Bermestandford,” and following a long investigation local police believe they have dismantled a major point of drug dealing.
A man has been detained accused of illegally owning arms, robbery with violence, illegal occupation of a property, stealing electricity and the cultivation and sale of drugs.
He has appeared before magistrates.
