A Coffee Morning this week raised a massive 480 euros for Dogs Rescue Calasparra.
The organizers would like to thank everyone who donated cakes, savouries and raffle prizes and helped in so many different ways to make this event such a success.
Dogs Rescue are currently completely overwhelmed by the number of abandoned dogs in Calasparra and a litter of newborn puppies, left in the street and reported to the police, are currently looking for a foster home.
This admirable organisation is compleletly dependent on volunteers to run their refuge and totally dependent on events like this Coffee Morning for food and vet´s bills for their charges.
