Calasparra Town Hall will receive 741.000 euros from the regional Government to fund for Day Centre Services at the local OAPs Residence.
According to the Government representative, José Ballesta, the money will fund some 53 day centre places at the residence for elderly patients or those with a mental disability.
The regional executive has also authorised an agreement between the Department of Public Works and Naturgás, which will invest 4.6 million euros in the distribution of natural gas throughout the region including Calasparra.
