Some 86% of the 17,000 confirmed cases of Covid-19 during the fifth wave of the virus in the Murcia region were either not vaccinated or were only part vaccinated.
In the last 24 hours there were 220 confirmed cases of the virus in the region and, sadly, a 93 year old woman has died, bringing the death toll to 1,648.
