There were five new cases of Covid-19 diagnosed in Calasparra in the last 24 hours, breaking a more than seven day truce with no cases at all.
Regionally there were 68 new cases confirmed in the last 24 hours. There are currently 790 active cases.
Some 114 people are in hospital with the virus and, of these, 43 are in intensive care.
Sadly, there were two more deaths over the past 24 hours.
