The Ministry of Health has released the following adjusted national statistics on the coronavirus epidemic which show the overall number of deceased registered as 28,315. The previous unadjusted figure was 27,136. This new statistic has been revised under the new system employed since May 11 using a new diagnostic strategy, control and vigilance under which every Autonomous Community must notify confirmed cases individually at a state level.
The national statistics show an adjusted figure for deaths plus the overnight increase.
