The gastronomic festival of Calasparra, CALARROZ, begins this weekend as Cine Rosales hosts five international and national chefs and four showcookings.
Cine Rosales becomes the centre of CALARROZ, transformed into the gastronomic space of the festival with show cooking, cookery demonstrations, stalls by local bars and restaurants featuring tapas made with Calasparra rice DOP, live music and much more.

Friday October 23 7.30pm Inauguration of the festival with Salvador Fernández of the Casa Borrego (Bullas)
Saturday October 24 at 11.30am Showcooking in the hands of Karla Muñoz Oliva and William Téllez of Il Banchetto (México) and
1pm with Nick Todorov of Bocmana / Varna Street Food Park (Bulgaria)
Sunday October 25 at 11.30am Gregory Córdoba of Bidart / San Juan de Luz (Francia)
