After last year´s disappointment when the industrial action by the teachers led to the cancellation of the traditional childrens’ carnival parade local schools have been preparing for tomorrow´s parade with great excitement.
This year´s themes are Terror at the Esperanza (Esperanza Primary School); the Charleston (Pedreras Primary School); and Alice in Wonderland (CEIP).
All the children will gather in the Plaza de la Corredera tomorrow, Tuesday, at 5pm before their procession along the Gran Via. The afternoon will finish with a party and show at the Cine Rosales.
