Calasparrian, José Manuel Prieto, narrowly missed walking away with the trophy on Sunday when he lost in the semi final of the X Billards Trophy Villa de Calasparra to José Diego Guirao.
Some 32 of the best players in the region competed for the trophy at the Calasparra Billards Club which was won by Guirao.
