The Calasparrian chef, José Miguel Bueno, of the Arrocería Titanium Restaurant, has been chosen by the jury for the International Competition Paella de Sueca (Valencia).
José Miguel was chosen from some 100 professionals who chose to compete in the event which dates back to 1961.
The competition boasts international recoginition, not only because of its antecedents, but because every year more chefs compete,
The event will be on Septiember 10 and both Calasparra and its famous rice will be the protagonists.
