The prosecution is asking for 10 years of prison and 80 days of work in the community for a Calasparra man who is facing charges of domestic violence.
The case will be heard today, Tuesday.
The Calasparrian is accused of raping and assaulting his ex wife on November 14, 2010,
at her home as their children, aged three and seven years old, slept.
