Once again Calasparra will be present in the Salon de Gourments at the IFEMA Show in Madrid
The IFEMA Show (Events, Ferias and Congresses) features tourism, art, fashioin, technology, moptor, education, employment and, of course, gastronomy in the Salon de Gourmets.
Calasparra rice will be represented on the Food of Spain stand with an exclusive showcooking by local cooks, José Miguel Bueno of the Arrocería y Brasas «Titanium» and David García of the Restaurante «La Pitrasica» restaurant.
