The public of Calasparra taking part in the recent Ruta de Tapas voted the “Gomarisa” crafted by the Café-Bar Casono as the best tapa in town with 680 points.
The expert jury selected “el Ruedo” prepared by the café-bar Los Zagales as their winner.
Bar Martinez won the best cocktail entry.
The presentation of prizes at the Town Hall yesterday concluded with a raffle of participating members of the public who won meals, dinners and a 40” television.
The local bar and restaurant owners delared that the Ruta de Tapas was a resounding success as a total of 60,000 tapas were served over the five weekends of the competition.
