Cab Spain has announced a zoom seminar for UK nationals residing in Spain without residency documentation.
According to the CAB, many UK nationals who are not able to prove lawful residency in Spain before the end of the transition period are having their applications rejected.
Some will be able to appeal or re-apply and others who still do not meet the requirements will be denied residency.

Those interested may include UK nationals who for some reason or another do not meet the requirements for residency under the withdrawal agreement and/or UK nationals residing in Spain who do not meet the criteria for residency and are concerned about the 90 days in 180 day ruling and fear they will be asked to leave.
