There will be music and food as usual on Saturday night at the Los Lomas restaurant bar with the ever popular Rod Stewart tribute act, even though the management is seeking to transfer the business.
Food options will be fish and chips or curry which need to be reserved today (Friday).
Current management has been struggling alone with the business for months and has tried to ring the changes and introduce innovations, however, it has simply proved too onerous for one person.
All the fixtures and fittings, which include everything from ovens, freezers, fridges, dishwashers, tables and chairs, plates, glasses and even a stock of alcohol and food, will form part of the transfer. So someone can walk in, take over the bar restaurant and start functioning the same day.
Los Lomas is located in one of Calasparra´s beauty spots with views across across the valleys and mountains surrounding the Sanctuary. It has ample terraces and the bar restaurant is expected to service hostal accommodation, private and the block booking by local youth clubs and organisations through the Town Hall.
