Fosquito 2.0”, of the Café Bar Cantero, has raun away with the first prize for the best tapa by public vote in the IX Ruta de la Tapa and Cocktail of Calasparra.
Tapa Chicha, of the Café Bar-Matavinos, was recognised by the Expert Jury, and “Tentación”, a cocktail presented by the Cafetería-Yogurtería Joyman, won first prize for the best cocktail.
Some 30,000 tapas were served during the competition and the local bar and catering industry has rated the Ruta de Tapas as a great sucess.
The winners of the Grand Draw are Francisco García Juárez y Vero Furio who win a trip up the river and a visit to the Puerta Cave for four people.
A special prize of 500 euros was won by Den I. Bacon.
