The Government has extended the measures to protect rights to housing with special attention to groups of economic and social vulnerability.
These measures include an automatic renewal of housing rental contracts with identical conditions (ie. no rent increases; no change of conditions etc.)
The moratorium or suspension of rent on properties owned by landlords with multi properties, companies or public entities is extended.
The suspension of the commencement of proceedings or judicial proceedings for the prepossession of properties is extended.
These measures are extended until December 31 2021.
