Calasparrian, 26 year old Adrián Ruiz, has been chosen to represent Spain in Buenos Aires after winning the national of the ‘Young Change Makers, and international project sponsored in Spain by Bridgestone with the International Olympic Committee.
Following his success in the Young Change Makers Project, which encourages young people to improve their surroundings through sport, he will be an Ambassador for the Spanish Olympic Committee for the Olympìc Games in Buenos Aires in October.
He was chosen from 40 candidates due to his involvement in promoting white water canoeing in the Murcia region.
