It is a true delight to see that the future of Flamenco is in safe hands as three young people delighted a crowded Municipal Auditorium for the benefit gala, “Born in the Mediterrenean.”
All the performers, 17 year-old Flamenco dancer Soraya Sánchez, Vicente Santigo on guitar, and , singer Daniel Bermúdez , gave their services free to raise funds for the FUNDAME association which is currently supporting 14 month old Paola who is terminally ill.
The audience were appreciative of the energy, colour and vitality of Soraya who combined all the elements of Flamenco with swift costume changes and fantasy.
A truly Spanish treat for a good cause!
