Pictured here are the winners of the Grand Paella Competition, organised as part of the Fiestas of the Patron Saints of Calasparra, Abdon and Senen.
Many of the “peñas” (clubs) in the town took part and “los Puas” won first prize.
Second place went to “La Llave” and third to “Sol y Sombra.”
The winners received a cup from Ricardo Garcia, councillor for the United Left and Greens.
