The Mayor of Calasparra, José Vélez, met the regional Minister for Education, María Isabel Sánchez-Mora, this week to ask for improvements to local schools.
He asked for an “open hall” for the Pedreras Primary School and well as renovation work; building projects at the Esperanza Primary and Los Molinos; and a new centre for infants.
