Two local youths, arrested last month in connection with crimes with violence and intimidation, have been re-arrested by the Guardia Civil in possesion ofa quantity of stolen property.
Allegedlly implicated in thefts from cars and robbery with intimidation, the youths were found with three mobile phones; a gold credit card; and cash.
The Guardia Civil previously arrested the two youths, initials J.M.F aged 15 years, and J.F.S. aged 16 years, on February 22, in connection with theft from vehicles with violence and robbery with intimidation. They appeared before the Juvenile Court in Murcia.
The arrests are part of Operation JOAKINS, a survelliance operation carried out by the Guardia Civil.
According to official sources the stolen property has been returned to its legitímate owners and the youths have, once again, appeared before the Juvenile Court in Murcia.
