Mainly due to the large amount of runners from all over Spain two people were slightly hurt in the fourth bull run this morning, Saturday.
This the most dangerous encierro of the fiestas took just two minutes and six seconds from begining to end.
Runners from San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid, Granada, Blanca and nearby Moratalla took part with the bulls from the stockbreeder, Pallarés.
Towards the end of the run a young runner from Granada was slightly gored but managed to escape under the barrier and another runner was treated for a muscle injury.
The “big heads” and the charanga band, los Pijoteros, added to the festive air this morning.
The weekend of the Pilgrimage to the Sanctuary is traditonally the busiest and most popular of the week.
