THIS SUMMER WILL BE AN INFERNO!!

Experts are warning that this summer could be the hottest in the region for 30 years and there is a 45% chance temperatures will be higher than usual.
The Met Office is warning there may be a heat wave this year with average maximums higher than the 30.7 degrees of 2009.
Advice to keep safe includes drinking plenty of water and using high factor sun cream
To avoid sunstroke avoid exposure to the sun from 10am to 6pm, says doctor Manuel Molina Bois, head of Medicine at the hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca, and drink at least two litre of water daily.
Other advisable measures are to wear a hat and avoid brightly coloured clothing.
The doctor explains that the first symptoms of heat stroke are cramps because when we sweat we lose sodium and potassium.
Elderly people are especially vulnerable to heat stroke and the medicines they take mask the cramps that are the first warning.
Soft or energy drinks are not reccomended. Water is the best remedy for the heat and elderly people should drink more than two litres a day.
