The price of second houses in the region of Murcia dropped by 7.8% and new houses by a massive 15% in the last quarter accordng to the National Statistics Institute.
Second hand houses prices have consistently fallen over the past six years, that is for 23 consecutive quarters and fell by 12.1% in 2013.
Prices of new housing fell by 17% last year.
