Beat the crisis by buying and selling second hand!! It may not be a big tradition in Spain but Las Lomas is joining the largely British movement to introduce second hand dealing into the local culture with a Big Car Boot Sale on Sunday November 24.
If you love good food, enjoy great music or are simply looking for things to do Las Lomas is offering it all. From Quiz nights every Monday to live music every other Saturday.
Anyone who enjoyed the opening night for the new management team, Melanie and Chris, will be delighted to hear that Magentic Surf are back at Las Lomas on Saturday November 23 for a ticket only event. Later on in the year on the music menú is a Robbie Williams tribute singer.
And if you are looking for something to do in low key Calasparra on Christmas Eve enjoy traditional bangers and mash with onion gravy. Mmmmmm!! Only 4.95 euros with free shuttle service. Bookings please!
Right now Melanie tells us her new starters include giant stuffed mushroom filled with tomato and onion with stilton and cheddar cheese with a salad garnish or smoked salmon served with scrambled eggs and main courses of fillet steak served with Lyonnaise potatoes plus mediterranean vegetables or slow cooked lamb shank served on a bed of mashed potato with the freshest vegetable of the day. Desserts include desserts homemade chocolate mousse or poached pair in red wine sauce. Vegetable options are available to order.
The restaurant now has a darts board and is considering a Fish and Chip night on Fridays.
The regularlunctime buffet, eat as much as you like, costs only 5.95 euros (12 – 3).
There are still places available for Christmas Dinner.
The Car Boot Sale costs 5 euros a car. Please book with the management. All contact details on the Las Lomas advertisement on this webpage.
