The professional chef, Calasparrian Maria Dolores Cantero has been selected to take part in a competition to be broadcast on national TV channel 4.
The competiton, called “The Desserts on 4” is searching for the best pudding.
In order to qualify for the next round our local chef needs to be selected by a jury or have the dessert most vote for on Twitter.
