A 45 year old Calasparrian, initials J.M.L, has been arrested by the Guardia Civil for allegedly filling up his vehicle at petrol stations in the North West region of Murcia and driving off without paying.
In order to avoid detection he used different registration plates which did not correspond to his vehicle.
