In an effort to encourage Calasparrians to enrol in the different classes on offer the local Sports Department set up an exhibition in the Plaza de la Corrdedera on Saturday.
The novelty this season is “minitramp:” a class with exercises on a mini trampoline. However, the standard yoga, pilates and aerobics are also on offer.
Free taster clases are available for adults to try out the different disciplines before enrolling.
