In a regional campaign to control speed on regional roads the Traffic Police have caught 333 drivers travelling at more than 90kph in four days.
The controls are being carried out with a vehicle specially equipped with a radar trap and traffic police on motorbikes to intercept offenders. The campaign started on Monday and continues through tommorrow, Sunday, with three special units operating mainly in Cartegena, Lorca and Cieza areas.
The police have monitored 18.000 drivers and have fined 1.84% of this total, that is 333 drivers.
