The breezes of between 14 and 18 kph all this week and temperatures some five or six degrees lower than earlier in the month brings a welcome respite from the fierce August sunshine.
Maximums this week should not exceed 34 degrees, compared to late 30´s and early 40´s two weeks ago, and minimums should hover around 18 or 19 bringing more comfortable nights.
Although there will be breezes all week we will have wall to wall sunshine.
The heatwave will return on Sunday and last well into next week with temperatures into the high 30´s again. The wind on Sunday will be up to 25 kph.
