The Head of the regional Department of Public Works and Ordenance, Antonio Sevilla, joined the local Head of Social Services, Antonio Moreno, to hand over the keys to four social housing dwellings in Calasparra last week.
The dwellings are four of 16 built in the area around the house and workshop of the local architect, Emilio Pérez Piñero, in Calle Mayor,dating back to 1920and registered as “of historic interest.”
The complex and the restoration of the historic site has cost 2.7 million euros.
