Permananet tributes to Calasparra´s most famous son, Emilio Pérez Piñero, include an Institute, a square, the “cúpola” and now a bust.
On Saturday the family of the late architect, friends, colleagues and admirers attended a special ceremony in the square named after him to inauguarate the bust which takes pride of place in the centre of town.
After the ceremony there a documentary film about the life of the architect was shown in the Municipal Auditorium.
