Coinciding with St Valentine´s weekend this year is the inimitable and fantastic Carnival with the delightful Childrens’ Parade and fun and madness on the streets.
Tommorrow the children of Calasparra will parade through the streets in fancy dress and enjoy their own special fiesta in the Cine Rosales.
On Friday the local Chamber of Commerce has organised a Fancy Dress Competition with prizes and on Saturday night everyone is invited to a night of total madness which is the high spot every year. Dress up, join in and win a prize which will be presented at the Grand Carnival Fiesta.
Those not so young are not missing out! The OAPs Club is organising their own special Fancy Dress Competition and a Fancy Dress Ball.
