A special moment for the family of Villa Vieja Cheeses as they receive two international awards for their cheeses.
The international competition, Premios Cincho 2026, has awarded the Gold Medal for the Fresh Cheese DOP Murcia and the Silver Medal for the Mature Vintage DOP Cheese of Murcia, both products of the Villa Vieja Cheese Factory in Calasparra.
These two award recognises years of work, tradition and dedication that the family share with their team, the shepherds and farmers.
