The Calasparrian chef, Juan Párraga, of the Tasca de Noah, was the winner of the III Edición del Concurso Gastronómico “Sabe a Murcia”, (III Edition of the Gastronomic Competition «Flavour of Murcia») held on Sunday in El Ranero, Murcia.
The winning entry was a traditional rice dish with beans that won over the jury thanks to the combination of tradition, innovation and the unmistakeable stamp of Calasparra rice.
The competition was held in solidarity with the charity, AMUPHEB, Association of Parents and children with Spina Bifidida.
