The local Red Cross are offering a Food Preparation Course for Ready Made Meals on August 11 and 12 which is free for volunteers and costs 35 euros for other participants.
The course will take place from 9am to 2pm and 4 to 9pm on day one and from 9am to 2pm on the second day.
Anyone interested can sign on at the Red Cross office before August 10.
