Fulgencia Sola and Juan Párraga, of the Tasca de Noah, are participating in the competition «Mejor Montado Ibérico (the Best Iberian Open Sandwich) by Arturo Sánchezand Berkel 2026”.
The competition forms part of the 39th Salon De Gourmets Show in Madrid where Calasparra exhibitS on the «Food of Spain» stand (Alimentos de España).
During the Show Cooking section Cristofer Corbalán, of the Esquinica, and Juanjo Bermejo, of Bar Cantero, prEpared a «marinera con arroz» (seafood rice) and a croquette of black rice. José Martínez, of the Horno, Caravaca, made a bread with Calasparra rice.
