El Quite of Calasparra willl organize, once again, the traditional Night of the Migas and Cuerva as part of the local Fiestas for the Patron Saints of the town, St Abdon and St Senén.
Members and friends only need to bring the pan, gas camping stove or burner and and a scraper. The Association will provide all the ingredients: flour, oil, salt, water and fish.
The Night of the Migas will be held on Monday July 28 at the headquarters of El Quite, Calle Goya No.3, next to the Los Santos Church from 10pm.
