Calasparra Town Hall will carry out improvements costing 164,ooo euros to renew the asphalt and street lighting on the northern access to Calasparra from the RM-714 (entering past the Curva restaurant and the petrol station).
During the next few days the tendering process will be published and there will be advanced warning of any disruptions to traffic and diversions.
Once the tendering process is completed the work, financed under the CARM Plan of Cooperation for Municipal Services Work, will take three months.
According to the Town Hall the work will increase the security and comfort of drivers using the access which is currently in a deteriorated state and give for higher visibility at night.
