The Grand Showman, the musical, which ran in the Municipal Auditorium last weekend, has raised 3,625 euros for two local charities.
Yesterday, in the Sala de Actos at the Town Hall the Mayoress, Teresa Garcia, with the Director of the musical, Juan Montiel, director del musical, presented the cheque to the local cancer research charity, Calasparra Se Mueve, and the charity, Growing Up with Dabada.
Teresa García thanked the directtor and all the actors and actresses, technical staff and Town Hall personel who took part in the production of the musical and contributed to its great success.
