Esperanza Ruiz of Bar Centro in Calasparra received the recognition 2023 of the DOP Arroz of Calasparra on the International Day of Rice.
In a press release from the Regulatory Council of Arroz Calasparra it confirms that the decision to award the recognitiion to the co-owner and chef at Bar Cenro was unanimous, not only for her dedication as a chef but also for her defence of Calasparra rice during the whole of her career at Bar Centro.
The ceremony of recognition will be held on October 29 at 11am at the Rice Grower´s Fountain in Calasparra.
