The Met Office is warning of possible flooding over the next few days as the cold front (DANA) will hit the Murcia region bringing a drop in temperatures, torrential rain and storms.
Some 15 lires of rain fell per square metre in Calasparra over last Friday and Saturday.
Readers are advised to take the usual precautions: keeping drains and guttering clear and parking away from areas prone to flooding.
