The III Murcia Costa Calida Trophy cycle orienteering trials will be held in Calasparra on April 1 and 2.
The trials, presented by Calasparra Town Hall yesterday, include the Long World Ranking Event on the Sierra del Molino; a Sprint in Calasparra; and a Medium World Ranking Event in Valentin.
The Head of the local Department of Sport, Juan Bernal with the President of the Murcian Federation of Orienteering, presented these regional trials, in which 200 athletes will compete.
This Trophy event on the Orienteering calendar has regional, national and international recognition and are qualifying events for the National Spanish League of Orienteering and World Ranking.
